Minesweeper
Deduce the mines from the numbers — no luck needed
Minesweeper is a logic classic: the board hides mines, and every opened cell shows how many mines touch it. Use those numbers to deduce where mines must be, flag them, and clear every safe cell. It looks simple, but it is one of the most addictive logic games ever made.
How to Play Minesweeper
- Click or tap a cell to reveal what is underneath.
- The number tells you how many mines are in the 8 cells around it.
- Right-click (or long-press on mobile) to place a flag on a suspected mine.
- If a cell's number matches its flags, the neighbors can be safely opened.
- Reveal every safe cell without hitting a mine to win.
Tips & Strategies
Start from the middle of the board to get a bigger safe opening. When a cell's number equals the flags around it, the rest of its neighbors are safe — click them. When you are down to two cells and one mine, guess conservatively or use a new game.
